Your order should arrive within 6-20 Days, Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. No Refunds will be granted during this time period. (after the item is shipped)

 

What is StylishSplash return policy?

 

Purchases made StylishSplash.com are eligible for a return or exchange with a receipt within 30 days of the date you received the original item. Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment. Some exclusions apply. Returns without a receipt are eligible for refunds.

There is return fee of 20% that will be subtracted from your refund amount.

 

  • If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • We Charge a 20% restocking fee  plus the cost of return shipping.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Any item returned because "item not has described" You must provide PHOTOS and a written description of the nature you believe that the item is not has described.
  • If your package is lost, stolen, damage or not received by UPSP, You must file a claim with USPS. OmmicronFashion, INC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or not received packages.

If you live outside the United States, a store credit maybe be issued.

What can’t be returned?

 

Monogrammed Items, Personalized Items, Altered Items, Body Jewelry, Under garments for both men and women.

 

How do I return an item without a receipt?

 

We gladly accept most returns. Simply E-mail us at Returns@stylishSplash.com or contact@Stylishsplash.com  within 30 days of the purchase date/received day and an associate will be happy to assist with your return.
 

Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment. Orders purchased with PayPal will be refunded back through PayPal.

 

Please include the following, if you can:

 

  • Order confirmation email
  • Order details within your Shopping History (if signed into StylishSplash.com account)
  • Packing slip shipped with package

 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is delivered was the wrong item, is damaged, defective or was shipped to a location other than the shipping address that was provided when ordered.

 

You can return your StylishSplash.com order by mail:

 

Online Returns by Mail: If you are simply returning your purchase because you do not like or it is not what you excepted, there is return fee that will be subtracted from your refund amount.

Returns for any other reason – the fees is normally waived.

 

How long does it take for a refund to appear on Bank Card or Debit Card?

For information about refunds to a third party credit card, contact your financial institution. It typically takes 7-10 days to post to your account from the day the merchandise was received.

How Long do Refunds Take? 


Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@stylishsplash.com.


Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@stylishsplash.com 


Who Pays for Return Shipping?


To return your product, you should E-mail for return address to: returns@stylishsplash.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Upon Request, we can provide you with a waybill to return your merchandise.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

StylishSplash pays for shipping on "item not has described" and damages items.
